Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Cake it with Chloe sells items that cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cake mixes.

However, we always want you to love your experience! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us at chloe@cakeitwithchloe.com within 7 days of delivery and we will happily make it right.
