Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During busy seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We offer several options including USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Cake it with Chloe is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional fees to reship an order

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at chloe@cakeitwithchloe.com. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our fulfillment location, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is:

Marked delivered but missing

Lost in transit

Damaged upon arrival
Please reach out to us at chloe@cakeitwithchloe.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will help file a claim or assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
Cake mixes and all food products are final sale and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
T-shirts or non-food merch (if applicable) may follow their own return guidelines.
